Piano Sonata in G Major, K. 283

By

Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart

Mozart's Piano Sonata in G Major, K. 283, is a composition dating back to the classical period, composed in 1774. The piece is the third in a set of six sonatas written during his visit to Munich. Mozart drew inspiration from the music of earlier composers, including C.P.E. Bach, and the style of the Mannheim School, resulting in a sonata filled with grace and charm. The composition is characterized by its elegant melodies and classical structures, exemplifying Mozart's innovation within the classical piano repertoire.
